Before coaching with Leah, I struggled with diet culture mindset, I lacked self-love/self-compassion, and I was anxious and always suffered from patterns of negative thinking about basically everything. Leah taught me that I don’t have to work out to earn something I want to eat, I can train my brain to be more positive, and movement isn’t a punishment for my body and it can be anything I enjoy – it doesn’t have to feel like work/exercise. The 3 most significant results I’ve experienced from coaching with Leah are a better understanding of my body’s hunger/fullness cues, how my thoughts (positive or negative) dictate my actions, and I learned a new thought model framework that has been a game changer for decreasing my anxiety and increasing my motivation.
