What is a health and life coach?

A health and life coach is someone who helps you identify your goals and develop an actionable plan to achieve them. They help you work through obstacles, foster accountability, and encourage self-discovery.
I am certified as both a Health Coach and a Life Coach which means I can help coach the “whole” of a person. Wellness and diet are only one aspect. As a health and life coach, I am able to help you work toward goals in all areas of your life.


What do you focus on?

Through a method of Habit Change Coaching, I focus on helping you accomplish your health, wealth, and personal growth goals. This is done through creating a tailored-to-you system that sets you up for inevitable success.

How does coaching work?

Coaching is a collaborative effort. Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone, explore new ideas, and achieve the results you want. We will start with assessing where you are now, and where you want to be. Then we work together to set you up for success by updating your habits to work for you instead of against you. 
All the information you get is specifically tailored to you, your situation, and your life!


What problems do you solve?

None! I help YOU identify obstacles and the things that are holding you back and empower you to move through beyond them. 
Others have been able to optimize their meal planning, communicate better with family, develop healthier habits, and much much more. The biggest thing these women have in common is they have been able to take their self-care off of the back-burner and make it a top priority again.


When is a good time to seek a coach?

Anytime that you have challenges, obstacles, or changes that you want to make that you are struggling to do on your own. If you are ready to take proactive steps to live the life you want for yourself, a coach can help.


What is the time commitment involved?

The Better Balance Breakthrough Program consists of 12 weeks of weekly one-on-one hour-long sessions. Prior and Existing clients also have the option to have additional individual sessions. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone.


What credentials do you have?

I am Life and Health Coach Certifiied through the Health Coach Institute, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation.
