11 Reasons You Aren't Losing Weight ... and what to do about it!
If you are actively trying to lose weight but the scale isn’t budging, I hear you! I have been there more times than I care to admit, and completely understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you are trying everything you can think of to achieve your goal, but just can’t seem to get there!
Here’s the thing: The diet industry has led us to believe that weight loss is as simple as calories in versus calories out. While there is a basis of truth to that, it’s an oversimplification for what’s happening in your body when you embark on intentional weight loss. Yes, calories matter. You must be in a caloric deficit in order to lose weight, but that can be accomplished in a number of different ways and it’s important to tailor the approach for your individual needs.
The natural response to wanting to lose weight is to cut calories, or workout more. However, for a lot of women, I actually see that they aren't eating enough. I dive deeper into these two issues, and explore more in my free 11 Reasons You Aren't Losing Weight guide. And don't worry, I won't leave you hanging. I've got tips on what you can do to turn things around!
