Journaling to Unlock Your Personal Power

In my circles, I hear a lot about the power of journaling.


Some benefits of journaling are:

  • Decrease stress and anxiety

  • Improves mood

  • Help in prioritizing issues

  • Processing problems in your life

  • Notice symptoms and recurring concerns

  • Identify triggers

  • Promotes creativity

I have always struggled with using journaling as a "dear diary" or venting outlet. While that method can be cathartic, I was looking for a way to use journaling as a tool to explore myself and think more creatively about my life.
